How do I access and edit my Webflow website
When we hand over your Webflow website, we provide an introduction and training session tailored to your individual setup. During this session, we show you how to access your website, manage its content and perform the most common updates yourself. If you need a refresher, you can access your Webflow website by logging in to Webflow with the account connected to your website.
Once logged in, open your website to access Webflow's content editing interface. Depending on your permissions, you can update content such as texts, images, files and CMS content.
Your access is primarily intended for managing content without affecting the underlying design and development of your website.
Changes to layouts, components, animations, functionality or the overall structure should generally be handled by Destinazio. This helps ensure that your website remains consistent, responsive and technically stable.

What happened to the Webflow Legacy Editor?
Webflow has replaced its Legacy Editor with its new Content Editor experience.
As of August 4, 2026, the Legacy Editor is no longer available. If you previously used the Legacy Editor to update your website, you will now access and manage your content directly through Webflow.
What's new?
The new Content Editor provides a more modern editing experience while continuing to protect the design and structure of your website.
Depending on your access, you can manage texts, images, files and CMS content directly within Webflow. The new system also provides improved asset management, collaboration tools and support for newer Webflow features.
Do I need to do anything?
Destinazio has already sent migration invitations to our existing Webflow clients.
If you have already accepted your invitation, no further action is required.
If you have not yet accepted the invitation or can no longer find it, simply contact our support team. We can check your access and send you a new invitation.
Once accepted, you can use your Webflow account to access and edit your website through the new Content Editor.

Moving away from Webflow's Legacy Editor
How do I edit text and images in Webflow?
As a Content Editor, you can update editable text, links and images directly on your website without changing its design.
When you hover over editable content in Webflow, it will be highlighted. Select the element and use the available editing option to change the text, link or image.
Your changes are saved automatically. Depending on your permissions, you can then publish them to make them visible on the live website.
What can I safely change?
• Edit existing text
• Replace images
• Change links and buttons
• Replace downloadable files such as PDFs
• Update CMS content
• Add new CMS items where applicable
Structural and design changes should be handled by Destinazio. This includes layouts, new sections, components, animations, responsive behaviour and functionality.

How do I edit CMS content in Webflow?
The Webflow CMS is used for structured content that appears throughout your website. Depending on your website, this could include projects, news, team members, jobs, events, references or blog posts.
Each type of content is organised in a Collection. Individual entries within it are called Collection items.
To edit an existing item:
- Open the CMS tab in Webflow.
- Select the relevant Collection.
- Open the item you want to update.
- Make your changes. Webflow automatically saves them as a draft.
- Preview your changes if required.
- Select Publish now when you are ready to make the changes visible on your website.
You can also create new Collection items if your permissions allow it.
Be careful when deleting existing CMS items, as they may be displayed or referenced in different areas of your website.
